Financial Copy Shop LLC ("Financial Copy Shop," "Funnel Analyzer," "we," "us," or "our") operates Funnel Analyzer, including the websites, applications, reports, integrations, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect:

  • account and contact information, such as your name, email address, username, and authentication details;
  • purchase and subscription information, such as plan, order, payment status, subscription status, and entitlement history;
  • support communications, cancellation or refund requests, feedback, and other correspondence;
  • funnel URLs, page URLs, page content, screenshots, instructions, campaign information, and other materials you submit for analysis;
  • A/B-test configurations and results, including variants, traffic allocation, impressions, conversions, revenue, target metrics, and test dates; and
  • information you choose to provide when connecting an optional third-party integration.

Payment-card information is collected and processed by HighLevel and the payment processor made available at checkout. Funnel Analyzer does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its application database.

Information from connected services

If you connect Google Analytics or Facebook/Meta services, we may receive OAuth credentials and authorized account data, such as account or property identifiers, campaign information, performance metrics, scopes, and token-expiration information. We use this information only to provide the integration and related Funnel Analyzer features you request.

You can disconnect an integration through the Services where that control is available. Disconnecting stops new authorized collection but may not automatically delete information previously imported or generated from the integration.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and user-agent information;
  • pages viewed, links selected, referral URLs, dates and times of access, and interaction events;
  • cookie identifiers and similar technologies; and
  • diagnostic, security, audit, and error logs.

Information from suite products

When you use Funnel Analyzer as part of the Financial Copy Shop product suite, we may receive canonical customer identifiers, entitlement events, analysis-job information, campaign or creative identifiers, normalized URLs, and performance observations from authorized suite products. We use this information to provide access, prevent duplicate processing, connect authorized records to the correct customer, and measure outcomes.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, secure, and administer accounts;
  • process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and access entitlements;
  • crawl submitted public webpages and generate scores, reports, recommendations, code suggestions, mockups, and other requested outputs;
  • provide A/B-testing, campaign, analytics, and performance-measurement features;
  • connect and operate integrations you authorize;
  • provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Services;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • monitor service performance and enforce usage allowances;
  • communicate service, account, billing, security, and policy updates; and
  • comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Financial Copy Shop, and others.

We do not require you to create or maintain your own OpenAI account or API key. Funnel Analyzer uses provider accounts managed by us.

3. AI Processing

Funnel Analyzer uses artificial-intelligence service providers, which may include OpenAI and Amazon Web Services AI services, depending on the feature. Information submitted for analysis—including webpage content, instructions, and related context—may be sent to these providers to produce the output you request.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information for analysis. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any webpage, content, analytics account, or client information you provide.

We do not use customer-submitted content to train a public or shared AI model unless we provide separate notice and obtain any consent required by law. We may use de-identified or aggregated operational information to evaluate and improve the Services where permitted by law.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

  • cloud and infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services, for hosting, storage, databases, authentication, email delivery, logging, and security;
  • AI service providers, such as OpenAI and Amazon Web Services, to generate requested analyses and outputs;
  • website, CRM, checkout, and automation providers, including HighLevel/LeadConnector, to host pages, operate forms and checkout, manage contacts, and route authorized support or account workflows;
  • payment processors and merchant-service providers made available at checkout, to process transactions, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and fraud checks;
  • connected services, including Google and Meta, when you authorize an integration or request an action involving that service;
  • professional advisers and contractors who need information to provide legal, accounting, security, support, or operational services and are subject to appropriate duties;
  • government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security; and
  • a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use cookies or similar technologies that applicable law defines as "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising, you may exercise the applicable opt-out rights described below.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites are hosted in part through HighLevel/LeadConnector and may use cookies or similar technologies required for page operation, security, checkout, preferences, analytics, and attribution. Advertising or analytics technologies, including Meta/Facebook technologies, may be enabled on particular pages or campaigns.

Where required, we will provide a cookie or consent control. You can also limit cookies through your browser. Blocking required cookies may prevent account, checkout, or other features from working correctly.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Retention depends on the information and context:

  • account, subscription, entitlement, transaction, and support records may be retained for the life of the account and afterward as required for legitimate business and legal purposes;
  • analyses, submitted URLs, screenshots, reports, recommendations, generated code, mockups, campaigns, and A/B-test records may remain available until deleted, the account is closed, or they are no longer needed to provide the Services;
  • OAuth credentials are retained while an integration remains connected or as needed to complete a requested disconnection, security, or deletion process;
  • raw suite performance observations are configured for deletion approximately 400 days after the observation date; and
  • backups, fraud-prevention records, and security logs may remain for a limited additional period.

We may retain de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and protections offered by our cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, or certain profiling;
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
  • appeal a decision we make about a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may continue sending non-promotional account, billing, security, and service communications.

9. Third-Party Websites and Customer Content

The Services may link to, analyze, or integrate with websites and services not controlled by us. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

When a customer submits a client or third-party funnel for analysis, that customer is responsible for having the authority to provide the URL and content and for giving any notices or obtaining any permissions required by law. Funnel Analyzer is not responsible for the privacy practices of the submitted website.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, vendors, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
