Funnel Analyzer Terms of Use

Effective date: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Financial Copy Shop LLC ("Financial Copy Shop," "Funnel Analyzer," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Funnel Analyzer, including its websites, applications, analyses, reports, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, checking the agreement box at checkout, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Services for a company or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and to submit the URLs, content, analytics information, and other materials you provide.

You are responsible for your account credentials, activity under your account, and the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Services

Funnel Analyzer provides AI-assisted analysis of funnels and webpages, including scores, observations, prioritized recommendations, reports, code suggestions, mockups, A/B-testing support, campaign or performance insights, and related tools.

Outputs are generated from the information available at the time of analysis. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular business, audience, platform, or legal requirement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to implement them.

Customers do not need their own OpenAI account or API key. Access to the analysis engine is included in the applicable Funnel Analyzer subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Funnel Analyzer currently offers:

  • Monthly plan: $19 per month; and
  • Annual plan: $99 per year.

Each plan currently includes up to 75 scans per monthly allowance period. Unused scans do not roll over. A scan that fails solely because of a verified Funnel Analyzer service error will not count against the allowance where technically practicable. We may prevent repeated, abusive, automated, or technically invalid requests.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-disclosed price and billing interval until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided at checkout. Taxes may be added where required.

We may change future prices or plan features by providing notice required by law. A price change applies no earlier than the next renewal after the effective notice period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel by emailing [email protected] from the email associated with your account. If a working self-service subscription portal is available in your account, you may also cancel through that portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except for the guarantees below or where required by law, partial periods and unused allowances are not refundable.

A support automation may acknowledge, classify, and route a cancellation or refund request. A cancellation is complete only when the billing subscription is actually canceled and confirmation is sent to you.

5. Monthly Guarantee

For the initial monthly purchase, you may request a refund of the $19 payment within 30 calendar days after purchase if you run at least one valid audit and the resulting report does not identify a useful issue or improvement worth testing.

Submit the request to [email protected] from the account email. The monthly guarantee applies only to the initial monthly payment, not renewals, duplicate accounts, abusive use, or purchases previously refunded.

6. Annual Double-Your-Money-Back Guarantee

An eligible annual-plan customer may receive $198—twice the $99 annual purchase price—if all of these conditions are met:

1. Within 90 calendar days after purchase, the customer completes at least five separate valid Funnel Analyzer audits.

2. The customer implements at least one material recommendation from each of the five audits.

3. The customer compares the changed experience against an unchanged control through a genuine A/B test.

4. Before starting the test, the customer declares one primary conversion metric tied to the tested funnel step.

5. The test runs for at least 14 consecutive days and records at least 500 qualified visitors in each variant, unless Funnel Analyzer approves a different statistically reasonable threshold in writing before the test begins.

6. Traffic allocation, offer, price, audience, measurement method, and other material conditions remain reasonably comparable between control and variant.

7. The changed variant does not improve the declared primary conversion metric over the control.

8. The customer submits the claim within 90 calendar days after purchase with the five audit reports, evidence of the implemented recommendations, and an export or accessible report from the A/B-testing platform showing traffic, conversions, dates, allocation, and results.

We may request information reasonably necessary to validate the claim, but we will not require unrelated confidential business information. We will approve or explain the denial of a complete claim within 30 days after receiving the required evidence.

An approved claim pays $198 to the original payment method or another lawful method agreed by both parties. Payment of the annual guarantee ends the annual subscription and access at the time the payment is issued. The guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer, business, payment method, and substantially related group of accounts.

The guarantee does not apply where the customer changes the control materially during the test, sends materially different traffic to the variants, uses invalid or manipulated data, fails to implement the documented recommendations, or violates these Terms.

7. Customer Content and Client Work

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive right to host, copy, crawl, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services as described in the Privacy Policy.

Agencies, consultants, and service providers may use reports and outputs for authorized client work and may share or brand reports for those clients. You may not resell access to the Service itself, publish outputs as a competing database or model-training corpus, or represent Funnel Analyzer outputs as independently certified legal, financial, or platform-compliance advice.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit each URL, webpage, analytics account, campaign, client asset, and dataset. Do not submit passwords, private authentication credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, or content you are prohibited from sharing.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • use the Services unlawfully or infringe another person's rights;
  • analyze private, access-controlled, or authenticated content without authorization;
  • bypass usage limits, access controls, security measures, or payment requirements;
  • probe or exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malware, or disrupt the Services;
  • scrape or automate the Services except through an interface we expressly authorize;
  • submit deceptive, malicious, defamatory, or unlawful content;
  • use outputs to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals; or
  • use the Services or outputs to build or train a competing general-purpose analysis service without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Services.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with Google, Meta/Facebook, HighLevel, payment processors, AI providers, and other third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability, data, or decisions.

You authorize us to access and process data from a connected service only within the permissions you grant. You may disconnect supported integrations through the available controls.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, software, interfaces, workflows, designs, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Financial Copy Shop LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services for your internal business and authorized client work during your active subscription.

If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information. It is incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for the customer, client, visitor, analytics, campaign, or other data you submit.

12. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Beta, preview, or experimental features may change or be withdrawn and may be less reliable than generally available features.

We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing a paid plan during its current billing period. If we discontinue the paid Service entirely, we will provide any refund required by law.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens the Services or others.

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR REVENUE, CONVERSION RATE, ADVERTISING RESULT, PLATFORM APPROVAL, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS REFUND REMEDIES STATED IN SECTIONS 5 AND 6. AI OUTPUTS REQUIRE HUMAN REVIEW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCIAL COPY SHOP LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT REDUCE THE EXPRESS $198 ANNUAL GUARANTEE OR APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Financial Copy Shop LLC from third-party claims arising from content or data you submit, your client work, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own violation of law, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

17. Governing Law and Courts

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Travis County, Texas, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.

Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] and provide a brief description of the dispute so the parties can attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an applicable small-claims process.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires another form of consent.

19. General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement concerning the Services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Ensure the sales page, annual checkout, and bottom asterisk disclosure state the five-audit and A/B-test conditions consistently.

5. Keep email cancellation as the working method until the self-service billing portal is functional.
